Today, my Paramedic Batch lost our Best Trainee.
Din (Muhayiddin) went for a trip with his colleagues in Phuket and went for a swim by a beach that was supposedly restricted this time of the year. Apparently, one guy got into trouble and two guys went to help. In the end Din drowned and another guy is missing, with one in hospital.
It is so unbelievable. I thought it was a joke when I got the message from Lynn.
He had just messaged me the day before at 0343 hrs.... I was wondering why he answered at such an odd hour.... guess I'll never know.... and I never replied to his message cos I was asleep!
